Sandbed transfer

Hey all, I'm transferring my 1.5 yr old 70g cube 40km next week to it's new home. The rock will be put in containers and the fish and coral bagged, but I'm not sure if I should reuse the sand bed or remove and replace it? Also how much new water would be recommended to refill tank, 50% old 50% new? Thanks

Just gonna do this now cause i know he is lurking out there waiting to pounce but @brandon429 any advice on this one.......

Once I get the tank home I’m going to wash the old sand and reuse it.
