Noticed quite a few of these tonight should I be concerned?

These are probably Spionid worms. Your wrasses, hermits, mandarins and other similar hunting fish will pick at them. High in protein. I've got a bit of an outbreak myself. But they bloom when the nutrient levels are up, they will dwindle away as your nutrient levels drop --- keep in mind, this also includes bacterial flocks from carbon dosing, this also goes up and down but affects the particulate food sources available in the water column for these creatures.

They are technically beneficial to your tank, adding to your micro fauna. Six-line or Coris Wrasses, and mandarins, would be useful predators.
