Yes I had problems with the freight companies that Waterbox used to get my tank to the northeast. 1st one never made it and the stand was damaged. 2nd one made it but the pallet was mangled

Oh no that’s not good, I’m sorry. I’m trying to understand the paperwork waterbox gave me. Correct me if I’m wrong when the tank arrives check out the pallet for damage while the driver is there and then I have 24hrs to check out if there is damage to the tank?

I checked the tank with the guy standing there. If there is any damage to the crate or pallet I'd ask them to wait while I checked it out...

If for any reason you are not able to inspect it one hundred percent. You could do as mta_morrow did. Sign, package damaged, final inspection pending. I am not sure about the time frame for claims.

Good to know sigh. Was wondering how that all worked and if the driver would stay there while the crate was unwrapped and inspected.

I received a call from the freight company. They asked someone would be home on Monday for drop off. Both my husband and I work. I asked if they can’t drop it off Thursday instead. This Thursday they cannot, but the following Thursday on the 22nd the can. ;Dead

I will try to turn this into a positive and take the time to get the floor supported and all my equipment ready. I really wanted to just call in sick Monday. Lol. Oh well

Today my return pump came in!!! I originally ordered a Red Dragon speedy 3 50watt. After realizing I made a mistake because that pump would be too small, I called their customer support. I told them I made a made a mistake and asked to upgrade to the 80watt. He said they discontinued it. So I upgraded to the 100watt. As I’m agreeing to this, im having a panic attack and almost passing out. Crying inside wondering what I will tell my husband lol. The 50 watt was very expensive. During my crisis they email me back offering me a 10% discount. I couldn’t believe it! I mess up and get a discount lol. The upgrade was a little more than 100 bucks. How can you beat that??? So far I’m very impressed with Royal Exclusiv.

With all my research I needed to find a pump I could be confident in. It was a hard decision because I could of gone a cheaper route and possibly getting an Apex.

The packaging on the pump was excellent. I recently read someone had problems receiving an Abyzz, that it was damaged upon arrival and package poorly. I would lose my mind at that price. Here are some pics

The following Thursday, I’m crying. Do you know if the plumbing will fit the Red Dragon? Will it be hard to adapt if it doesn’t?

Nope, sorry don't know. Does the red dragon come with tips to use with flex tubing?

One thing on those heaters, I used to use those until one decided it didn't want to shut off, tank was 85* before I found it by accident. Might want to look into a separate temp controller. I use a JBJ True Temp that has a plug in Temp probe to keep it in a 2* range of the set point.
