I've had my RO system for years. Some of the canisters and the RO tank are reaching 10 years old. I was googling around looking to see how long the ro pressure tanks last because I'm assuming the rubber bladder in the tank cant last forever and seen a page saying the tank needs to be sanitized every year? Is this a thing? I do take the canisters aparts and clean them but I never thought abought sanitizing the whole system. Does anyone do this?

You *should* be doing this yearly. I'm sure lots of people do not do this yearly.

I flush and clean my system roughly every year +/- a month.
