I am wanting to tackle a filtration system for 2 40g breeder style tanks that i want to drill ext overflows into and run to a sump designed for a 100g, it has dual intakes for filter socks will this work with a dual return pump setup? basically using a oversized sump for 2 tanks in the triton method with a dual return pump setup and skimmer

I myself might use one return big enough to run both that way if one pump goes you wont have one tank drain down and one keep running...might wack out the sump water level.
