Has anyone ever collected there own sagassum weeds to feed tangs? Quite a bit washes ashore when we have an East wind or hurricane here on the right right side of FL. I would sure do a FW dip to knock off any critters but would a naso gobble it up?

I've tried it twice - and my tangs didn't show much interest in it at all. I have a naso, regal and yellow ..... they devour the gracillaria but turn their noses up at the sargassum. My foxface actually nipped at it a little bit but even he didn't seem to care for it much.
