Those unknown zoas, are red hornets! And I have to disagree with your girl, Purple tangs are the best looking fish EVER!

Purple Tangs are one of my favorites as well. But the girlfriend is actively interested in the fish tank. If I can just get her to stop calling the Blue Damsels Gouramis, and if she was more concerned about the Venustus Angel than the fire fish. But she has her Achilles Tang (which she picked out) and she has a couple of corals as well.

now THAT is a nice tank! awesome colors, awesome livestock... I always preferred mixed tanks. Congrats on the tank and on finding a girlfriend that is interested in it!!!

I went browsing with the Macro lens and found a couple more pieces with red bugs. Surpisingly the corals with red bugs are all looking good and healthy, and while there are a couple that are densely populated with red bugs, the surrounding acros are clear.
