Save the wrasse I need your advise

I have a Cirrhilabrus rhomboidalis . It has got Bacterial infection ,the mouth is disappear . I used some experimental medicine to save it . Now , It is recovered. So. how can i feed it , it not mouth. Do you have any idea?

Nutrimar ova works well, it's small and soft and very appetizing. It helped my rhomboid who was having trouble eating due to facial swelling.

If you don't mind me asking, what treatment did you use? I feel like antibiotics in a QT will be his best chance for recovery...

It does look like it's starting to heal a bit. I would definitely try the ova if you can get it! It's prawn eggs (if you have a similar product that's easier to find where you are)

Also, I happened across some shad roe at a local seafood supplier that my fish loved. It's similarly soft and easy to eat.

The wrasses is non drug resistance. This treatment method is complex， The medicine name is 铁鱼剂 the experimental medicine.

Though severely damaged, and the jaws will never grow back, should still be interested in food and attempting to eat. Small enough, and soft enough foods should still be eaten. Though it may take effort for it to pinpoint the food without the snout.

TJ's got the right of it ... something small enough and soft enough for this guy to suck in and swallow whole is going to be your best bet here, as far as I can see. I've seen fish with similar conditions live a long time.

I noticed you have other wrasses in your pictures; just to warn you they are prolific jumpers...so you might consider a tight-fitting mesh top to help.
