Sharing a neat little trick to save the residual fish food that always seems to end up in tiny little flakes or powder at the bottom of the container. You know, that spriolina that's always left at the bottom 1/3 of the container that doesn't seem "flakey" enough and you've been throwing away all those years? Ready for this.......
Make ICE CUBES out of it!
Just make sure you use fresh salt water, stir it up pretty thick so it's sort of a paste, put it in an ice cube tray (the cube size is up to you) and then walla; you've got little cubes of food for a couple more weeks(days) of feeding your critters.
And...even better--if you have those plastic/foil sheets that are always left over from using frozen food, use those for your ice cube trays.
