awe so cute! Thank you so much! How big is yours? Mine are small still. The big is about 2 inches and the little one is maybe 1.25 inches. Hoping they pair up easy but I just had to get them since they looked so miserable being the lone survivors in their tank at petco.

Well things are coming good so far. They ate a big dinner and have been playing and swimming this evening. The big one is trying to establish dominance and the little is doing a shimmy dance so I'm hoping that is a good sign as to them pairing up. If things get out of hand I'll separate them but right now theyre kinda swimming by each other and staying close together. Still no visible signs of ich or velvet. I will be continuing copper and ttm. I did add an airstone to make sure they had good water movement and a heater to keep the temp at 78. Here's them eating. Keeping my fingers crossed for these little guys!

Just wanted to give an update incase anyone was wondering. They're doing great. No signs of ick or velvet. They're still in copper treatment and have been transfered to qt for more room to swim around in. Eating like pigs. The female is getting kind of aggressive to the male. She bites at him every once in a while but hasn't hurt him. He does his little shimmy dance and submits so I think they might actually be a good pair. I've been watching for any bad aggression so that I canseparate them if need be. I'm so glad I rescued them though
