Saw this dude this morning

So I saw this guy this morning he was moving like a worm. Sorry the pic isn't great but it is the very best I could do. All I could get was the very tail end of him. Well I'm assuming it's the tail end by the way it was moving. What is he?

Pretty fuzzy picture, but I'll guess Bristleworm. Google that and see if that's what you have.

As @redfishbluefish said, very blurry, any chance at a better picture?
 
That's the very best pic I could get before he slid into the rock. I'll look again tonight but I didn't think it was a bristle because of the patterning. It has yellowish squares that are surrounded by the light tan/brown down it's back.
 
So I think it is a Caribbean Flatworm.
I saw on Lionfish Lair's website that he says watch them. I am wondering why do I need to watch them? Because they will populate too fast? or is it that they eat fauna that is desirable? @Lionfish Lair
