As I turned off the pumps and started target feeding reefroids I saw few of them coming out of the rocks. Appears to me they are bristle worms after searching online ?
Arey they harmful -I have seen mixed opinions - If I need to get rid of them what's the best course. I hardly see them any other time.
Please have a look at my photo and advise.

thanks !

Looks like a bristle worm to me, wrasse's love to eat them. They are detritivores so thats why you see the positive reviews on them as a CUC member.

IMO hey are a great part of your CUC. Personally Ive never had a problem with them harming fish or corals. If you dont like them or you feel you have too many, there are some easy to make DIY b.worm traps you can make.
