Saxbys light schedule question

I just changed to this light schedule on my 75g and was wondering how high to should have my lights above my tank atm they are 10” is that to low 3 ai over a 75g

A while back brs did an investigates and they had 6 ai primes over a 120 snd they found that the best place was 10 inches over the tank so that’s perfect. I think the spacing was one in the center and then the other two 12 inches from each side of the tank.

Do the whites need to stay the same level as he has to get the results

No not at all. Adjust it to your eyes if you like deep blue lower the whites if you like a little brighter tank turn up the whites (but be careful whites grow algae) I personally wouldn’t go over about 30-40 percent on the whites depending on length of schedule.
