Sb lights

I'm not sore what's happening I ordered lights from SB lighting on June 2nd. I've tried calling, left messages on their website, and emailed the Gmail address on my pay pal with no response. I read the page on the web site that says most lights leave the shop in 2-4 days very rarely will it take a week. I haven't heard a peep from them in response to any of my attempts to contact them and haven't received a shipping confirmation. I was hoping to upgrade my light to WI fI but at this point I'm starting to feel like I need to cancel my order and start over. Anyone have any issues getting a response or actual equipment through SB lighting?

I don't think they are that big an outfit. I know some small companies close down for a week where everybody takes vacation? They've been around for some years so they must be doing something right.

Thank you I emailed him. The email on my pay pal purchase was different from the one on the Facebook page. We will see, I was hoping to upgrade to the WiFi model but if it's gonna take much longer I won't want to do that.

After reading threads about this I won't bother sending a second email. There are plenty of other lighting companies who would gladly take my money lol.

The issue is I have paid for a light
:( and no response
 
Everything is good, spoke to the owner, they are a little behind but should be back up to speed soon, since they have added a 3rd shift, haven't gotten tracking #yet but will in the next day or 2
 
Hey!! Anytime I need a quick answer I’ve had luck with them by calling the actual fish store they run and either the guy or his wife will be there and helped me get information I’ve needed .....I tried to call the “light store number” and never had luck so I started to call the actual fish store itself!
 
And mine did take awhile to come in also, but they came in great and still working great for me!
