SB Reef Light Help

Just got a new to me SB reef light. Upon powering it up half of the whites are not turning on. Anybody have experience with this or know what could be causing this?

Email Mike first thing. There is also a SBreeflight support page you can tag him in.
What he will likely tell you is , open up the box and look for loose connections. It won’t void the warranty. But contact first as a paper trail of sorts

It’s the one on the sales site. It’ll auto respond. But....

Depends honestly. Some say he vanishes, some get immediate help.

Heck , I’ve pm him about other stuff besides warranty work and he got to me in a couple days.

Good point. Do that too.

The connections loose thing is common. Probably does happen in shipping.

Yes it was used
