SB reef light

Bought 32” time SB light and received it about 2-3 months ago. Finally got frag tank up and running. The problem I have is the timer doesn’t work. With timer set on the time says 03:54:05. With timer off it says 04:54:05 and doesn’t move. Any thoughts

You’ve done a hard reset? And reset the clocks?
Id assume it was a used purchase?

Brand new from SB. What’s a hard reset? Menu factory reset? Yes and it doesn’t reset clock

Turned off and unplug power cord and plug bag in. Same time comes up

Gotcha. I belive the hard reset won’t change the time, just the on off times.
The menus are weird , not as weird as my old ai sols lol, but you may have to set the time , then the on off times (if you haven’t yet). I’m guessing the 4:59.

I honestly haven’t looked at the timer programming for many months.

Two options ,

SB has many detailed videos on YouTube for all the lights. I’m looking at it right now.

They also have an active forum on face book with a lot of active users and the owners of the company too.

Hopefully that works out pretty quick, if not they generally seem to get warranty work swapped out pretty fast.
