Anybody know a way to get things fixed with these people? Calling the store gets nowhere. Emailing got a response till he learned the brand new light I just received is broken. Now no responses back for a week. Any help is appreciated!!
 
Best luck I had was calling and emailing repeatedly. I have 42 of their lights, 37 were shipped defective and ultimately I had to pay to buy the parts to fix it myself.

If you paid via PayPal or credit card, I suggest you file a chargeback or complaint. When I was trying to get help, they strung me along for 8 months telling me they were shipping the parts "today".

WHOA! For that big of an order.... that really tells you something about the company!

Uh maybe just file a chargeback. If you paid through PP you should file with them. PP is buyer friendly, keep all of your correspondence and emails and supply them as evidence to PP.
 
That's unfortunate. My old lights worked really well, untill I dropped one in the tank (salt water and electronics really don't mix lol). Now ordering replacements is a nightmare. I even have one of their fuge lights. I like them all alot. But now I'm done with them completely.
 
Wish I could be more encouraging. Great people and GREAT lights and growth.

She knows her lights well and yes, Facebook has been the effective way to reach them

Yep this is my plan. Filed a claim through PayPal and uploaded the emails I've sent with zero communication back.
