Does anyone know if SB Reef is still in business? I've had a warranty claim in on my actinic strips for over a year. I was getting the run around for months now I get absolutely nothing. No return emails and no one answers when I call the number.
If anyone has had their strip lights fixed because of the burns on the splash guard I'd love to hear it. What was a good company is now non existent customer service wise.

They are but this for 3 years has been how they operate. They’ve thrown away a potential Gold mine.
Reaching out to the wife is your best bet as she is running the lighting part of the business

I've reached out to her and Mike multiple times. I agree they have thrown away a gold mine. I know what Mike is doing with the coral restoration project is very important and I applaud him for his work and dedication to that project, but they have let customers down in so many ways

I put an order in on May 29th, and it still hasn’t shipped. I called the store, but the lady said it now is taking up to two weeks for them to ship stuff out instead of the original 3-7 days. It sucks because I already have one of their lights and they’re an awesome piece of technology for such a small price. Just wish I could find out when I’d actually get my Last light in to finally grow coral.
