Nope, you'll be billed for a shipping module if your under $400 total. Shipping is $45

I guess I'm not asking the right question lol.
Let's say I win 1 auction and the total is $20. I know I have to pay for shipping. But will Shawn ship $20 worth of coral?
For example
Aquasd won't unless I spend $100 worth not including shipping.
Does that make sense? Lol
