Ugh just recalibrated my apex pH probe… it was reading 0.4 high. My 8.3-8.4 is actually a 7.9-8.0 I guess. Time to crank the refugium light back up.

Don’t forget to calibrate your probes regularly.

Well, since you ask, here are a few more. I’m trying to catalog all the growth and still working on it. My next effort will be to get rid of my iPhone and get a camera that can take better focus pictures. It’s quite frustrating the way Apple has messed up their camera capabilities. The bigger colonies are from WWC. I just started getting into SBB coral a little over a year ago. Lot more to go.

Need a better camera. Can’t get the focus with this iPhone. Plus, top down shots tend to lose a lot of the beauty of the frag growth. Here is an example. The Dan Aykroyd top down and from the side. Big difference.
