For those using the PNW frag racks, do yours have the rubber pad on the rack (in tank) footing? See picture

I have 2 from 8 months ago and 1 came with the pad the other did not. Ordered a new one and it did not come with this pad.

I thought it would be additional anti-slip and protection for the glass but now I am questioning if the adhesive used to stick the rubber pad on could be a problem.

What do you all think?
