Lucky!

I normally leave one of the bulkheads empty for the main siphon, does the elbow make it even more quiet - if that’s possible? Or just preference
I got the 800gph for my small frag tank and it was hands down one of the biggest nightmare of my life trying to work with half inch fittings in that little compartment.

I couldnt get mine to work right with out a little stand pipe, i didnt use an elbow. That said i went cheap and made it work with a ball valve. Perhaps it will with the precision of a gate. Standard durso on the other.

Well I found my missing RFA. He settled deeper in the rock work on a single light beam that makes it back there somehow. No idea how I will get him out of there... I could probably get my hand to him, but no idea how to take him off the rock.
You could try to direct some flow at it with a small powerhead (nothing to crazy) to get it to move. Otherwise you are gonna have to wait it out and see if it comes out for more light. They will go where they want.

Have you tried asking it?
