Im getting a new 75g in a few weeks, and im not sure wether to go with the 32" SBREEF Pro (Timer) for $310, the 32" Extreme Wifi for $460, or two 16" Pro (Timer) for $210 each.

The 32" Pro (Timer) and the Extreme Wifi are both 363w (121x3w diodes)
The 16" are both 165w (55x3w diodes)

The wifi isn't a big deal to me, so is there any other reason to justify the extra $150?

Also, my tank is 4 foot wide, with the brace in the middle. The 32" will have to be centered on that, and im worried about a shadow and less light for corals.
The two 16" sounds better but less power for the money, also id rather not have to hang the lights.

I plan on keeping SPS and LPS corals, so I want the best for the money but should I just go with two 16" VIPARSPECTRA instead?

OR should I save up for the Reef Breeders Photon V2+ at $660

Any other suggestions? I don't want to spend more than 400-450ish, and id rather have LEDs, I had MH and T5 hybrid on my last tank and I don't want to spend the money on bulbs.

The wifi is a kinda set once and then forget. If you are strapped for cash I wouldn't bother, the lights themselves are alright.

i would go with two VIPARSPECTRA . i have a 75g with the brace in the middle. there is shadowing with one long light, unless you get it low to the tank. i had a 48" T5 4 bulb and the shadow was minimal because it sat 1" off the tank. i went to two LED similar to the VIPARSPECTRA and they are higher up because the spread on my LED isn't as good as the VIPARSPECTRA so i have some shadowing, but i like it because it gives me some variability with coral even high in the tank.

congrats on getting a new setup. enjoy!

I have the Photon V2 over my 75g and love it. It's an amazing light and well worth every penny. They are very powerful provide excellent coverage and use the same LED's as the AI Hydras. They regularly pop up for sale for 2-300 less than new often times are only a few months old. I only paid 350 for mine and it was 4 months old. The seller decided to go to a bigger tank and wanted to run Radions and t5's instead.

I do not recommend SBReeflights. They do not have any heat sinks (just the flat license plate)! At least the Viparspectra has a finned heatsink in the middle where the fans are! If you are going to go Chinese Black Box, I would go with Viparspectra!

Also SBReef has NO customer service. They just recently removed their customer service phone number and there is no one to help in case you have any issues and you WILL have problems. They are a very poorly made light in China with a slapped on "SBReeflight" sticker and a huge markup on the price!!!
