Sbreefs Sbox pro timer 32”- how much light do I need?

I have a 46g bowfront, and today just upgraded from a fluval sea 2.0. My new light is the SBReefs 32” timer pro. I know this light is probably a bit much for a 46g, but I had planned to use it on a 75g, which didnt happen.

My 46g bowfront is 21” high, and at the moment the light is sitting 6” off of the surface of the water. Can anyone give me advice as to how long I should set the 3 channels (moon, blue, and white), and what percentage I should run the lights at?

Coral list as of now:
Superman monti
2 types of gsp
Ricordea
Green hairy shrooms
Some type of torch
Zoas
Duncans

I plan on adding some birdsnest, or whatever lps or sps I can find that is not a super finicky coral.

Start at 30%blue and white to taste.
You’ll probably end up around 50 blue and white to taste.

If you stay on the low end of % you can run about a ten hour day.

I was thinking run the moons for 14hrs, blues for 12hrs, and whites for 10hrs. Is that too much?

You’d want to keep the blues low, but yea it may work. Keep an eye on the coral.
I’d keepnthe moon at the same level as the blue.

What about running the blues longer than he whites, and keeping the whites at a lower %? The moon lights cannot be adjusted in brightness
