Yeah I’ll end up getting the frags At a lFS or online vendor. All I hope is for everyone in this hobby is that remember things happens to tanks. Crashes due to nature and hopefully you all made some good friends that will help you bring the joy of the hobby back into your life. If you haven’t and you’re the type that is out there for profit than I hope money brings you happiness!

Utah reefs has some of the nicest members you will ever meet.

If so you got use to something that wasn't even the norm back then.

Socal was a reef Mecca at the time you describe and there was a ton of PIF and take it if you like it going on.

But not on things like 2" frags of Oregon Tort and PM.

I don't mean to harp on it, but surely you can appreciate that 20yrs ago it was unheard of anywhere in the country to have even a friend give away a 2" piece of PM without it being a mutual coral banking type deal or other trade.

Hold today accountable by all means, but be fair to today by the same token by being honest about 2002

On Purple Monster????? Sorry man, no offense but I'm calling BS on that. No way you were getting 2" if free no strings attached PM bc Utah used to be cool like that but isn't anymore.

I think your taste has just gotten more expensive than the "free" options in Utah. Which is cool, but you gotta match your budget and your patience to your current taste.

This went the wrong direction. Was just looking for a frag. Just ended up ordering it. As you can see im not afraid to spend the money.
