I picked up these two frags a few weeks ago. Where's everyone placing theirs?
Right now I have mine placed about midway up in the tank.

Almost 3 weeks in my tank now. Moved it up a few inches couple days ago.
A little encrusting going on the right onto rock.

I have them under 6x80 sunpower. Been in my tank for almost a month now.
Has began encrusting on the rock. Will take new pictures tonight

Color has improved some and has encrusted more onto rock

Strawberry Shortcake lost some color...It was a fresh cut. It has since started coming back and has also encrusted

true D... like 400-500 par is ideal. I get the best color from frags under about 9-12 inches from 400w radiums in elites reflectors.

I don't know what the par is. It's under a sunpower fixture...6x80

Thanks Chris. Starting to see some nice colors coming out of the op. Shortcake is coloring back up painfully slow...lol

I just got my SC OP yesterday and its color is dull and no orange on the polyps at all. It polyp up right away after putting it in the tank and I will do my best to get it to coral up.

How's your frag doing?

It's doing good. Still encrusting and colors are looking good. Still have rusty/golden polyps.
Moved it up higher in tank couple weeks ago.
Will try to post current picture tomorrow
