SCA 302 or Eshopps X160???

Been searching for a more budget priced skimmer that still has the quality and does the job? What do you guys think?

I have an X series eshopps skimmer. No complaints. Nofrills but does the job. I think right now online the x160 is around 250$..I am sure the other brands are good. Eshopps for me are well built and sturdy.

Yea I found the x160 for 209$ on Drfostersmith... from what I’ve seen and read looks like a good Skimmer.

I just upgraded from that model due to livestock load, it never failed me. like any skimmer you have to pay attention to it, but generally it was set it forget it, empty it.

Can't go wrong with either. I run the SC 302 and it's been solid for a couple years now. Had to replace the impeller once. Eshopps is a trusted name as well.
