SCA 302 Skimmer - HT200 Pump Will Not Start

It has about 9 months of use on it. It will not start. I disassembled several times. I was able to get it to start once and ran it for a few hours in a vinegar/water solution. When I moved it into a all water solution to rinse it out it would not start. I literally did not touch the thing in between.

Is there some trick or any advice or is it dead? I contacted support but their website is iffy at best doubt I will get a response. Says it has a 1 year warranty but not hopeful :-(.

Probably needs a new impeller. I had one of their pumps die recently too. It seems they only sell replacement impellers for skimmers, so you're in luck there.

When its powered on try kick starting the impeller by sticking something in to push it.
