AIO means All In One, the sump is built into the back. If you mean the SCA 40 PNP, then technically all you would need are wave makers and lights plus a heater. If you want the AIO, you need the wave makers, lights, heater, and return pump I think.
Oh ok, So if I went with the SCA AIO would just need to add a protein skimmer in the sump. Any idea what would be a good choice and what would fit.

if youre gonna go that route why not spend the extra 300 and get the stand sump and protein skimmer and return pump with the PNP systems and even then i would probably get the 50 gallon its about the same price PNP stands for plug and play btw

anything on the site that says PNP means it comes with all that like the link you had was for 399 and thats just the tank or 750 for PNP which comes with stand sump protein skimmer return pump
Okay my concern going this big is this is delivered by truck and I live on a dirt road with a gravel driveway. So maybe I could get them to ship things separately to avoid the truck. Also there is a review saying they got zero directions and I need some sort of guide to know how to plumb a tank setup like this.
All the setups come with the basic to soft plumb except pvc glue which would need for the barb and bulkhead when I did mine I just bought a couple union's and a valve and some pvc and hard plumbed it which is rally easy and for the shipping im sure you could have it held and pick it up yourself otherwise mine came on freight with a lift gate but that was the sca 150
