diggin this scrubber.... Ive just installed a Water Fall style scrubber on my SCA 120 gallon tank... if you could figure out a way to spread that water more evenly that scrubber would perfect

80% better... these things need a food source to perform so don't be afraid to feed plenty of food to your tank....

Yea i have to agree with you about modding it to a water fall style, and i may play around with that once i have fish in the system again. Thanks for the link to your build, very cool system!

I happen to hit my LFS today and came home with a small zoa & paly colony... Here are some pics about an hour after getting them into the system.

I have the same package on the way this week. What did you do as far as an ato reservoir for the RODI make up water? Is there any available space left to place it with the sump? Or does it have to be outside? I may copy some of your build. It looks great [emoji106]

Congrats on the purchase it's been a real solid setup thus far and im sure you will be happy with it. As for the rodi water storage i use a 7 gallon water container i got from walmart, and yes it sits outside the stand. there really is not any room in the sump area to keep it.

Awesome build..I have a 50 gallon coming next week..Im building my own stand for it..Is the tank size a true 24x24 footprint..Dont want to build stand only for it to be wrong..Thanks in advance..

not too much to report, as i have not really had any more problems, or added anything. I've just been doing regular maint. and enjoying it. I did remove the ATS, because i only have 1 six line wrasse and cuc. I do have a small amount of flat worms showing up hense the six line, but he seems to ignore them and not eat them. I've got some flatworm exit on order to help treat the tank. thanks for asking.

I have the same tank, im looking into getting the jecao Wave makers, but im not sure what size PP4'S or PP8'S how is the flow with the PP4'S?

The pp4s have been great, i do not keep any sps, so maybe pp8s for that, but the pp4s are plenty for what i keep.

I have two pp4's in my sca 50 gal cube and run them at 3 of 8 speeds possible and they move a lot of water.
