how or to whom? the whole conversation disappeared!
so does anyone have any good tips on how to spot a scam? i know someone mentioned payment. anything else?
My red flags are they usually will address you as “Friend”.
Typically have bad English or poor sentence structure.
May be selling on behalf of someone (deceased relative, friend, coworker, etc)
Price really seems too good to be true (OG bounces for $50 instead of $400, or something similar).
Typically a new member
Mainly sell through PM (may not have a sales thread) or they link to their items on another site.
I’m sure there’s more but I can’t think of them right now
