Scan dying???

Normally this acan just does fine. Large and puffy. However, I just noticed it looks like it’s pinching in on itself.

Water looks good. Ph? What fish are in the system? Looks like it’s expelling from the mouth. Do u feed them?

Have 2 clown fish. Oh I checked an hour ago was 8.3 I feed them Fauna Marin LPS pellets.
