Does anyone have any fish that are always scared if anyone walks up to their tank? My Desjardini Sailfin always hides if you get close to the tank...it's been about a week since he has gone into my main tank

No worries, he'll come around, once he figures out who is feeding him.

I went through this with a blue tang and now a pair of clowns.. A few weeks and they will be fine.. the tang practically eats out of my hand now. The clowns were eating out of my hand in quarantine and as soon as I moved them to the DT they got scared all over again. They are getting better.. just take a little time

I've have a fire fish that has been in the tank over a year and still hides when I go up to the tank. He'll sense that I'm feeding and come out long enough to get food before running back in. I can sit in the recliner and he stays out and about but just as soon as the foot part closes, he's gone. I also have a purple lobster that was added well over a year ago that I just seen for the first time last week, I thought he was dead.
