Scary little things

I was cleaning my tank and I blew out these scary little monster looking things . Can someone tell me what they are and do I need to be worried about them

They look like spaghetti worms to me. If they are, they’re just harmless cleanup crew that eats leftover food off the sand.

that’s horrifying! I had no idea what those were. Good thing @monti mike replied because a google search shows the same thing as your picture!

Thank you very much for identifying them now I know I'm going to look them up but I guess no need to worry about if there are more of them
