I recently received my reef hobbyist magazine and was reading that the scat fish can be acclimated and used for aptaisia eradication. I've used red sea aptaisia x and now have 4 nudis in the tank. Just curious what people thoughts were on this.

I think adding fish that you aren't necessarily attracted to, to eradicate a pest or problem, is a bad idea. When you try this, it's always a hit or miss experience. Scats can be acclimated to salt and can do well, primarily people will acclimate a few as they are a good choice for a schooling fish and inexpensive. Give some more info on your tank, size and other livestock. Peppermint shrimp and Bristletail Filefish are also choices for aiptasia eaters, again hit or miss. But I would only add something that I liked, whether they do some work or turn into bums.
