Sch 80 120g bulkhead size? Aqueon

Hi I have a 120g Aqueon im setting up. I wanted to go schedule 80 so I ordered a 1” sch 80 bulkhead from BRS. When I recieved it and tried installing it it would not fit? Any know the proper size bulkhead? I know the standard size is 1” but since sch 80 is thicker thats not it?

You can search bulkhead hole size and it'll give you the hole dimensions needed for drilling. Or the bulkhead size if the hole is already drilled.
