When the schedule fails to load, you can do a couple things. First, you can exit the app and go back in to see if it loads. If it does not, you can click the red exclamation point and try to force it to load again.
Sometimes that does not work, so you can then go to "settings," "troubleshoot," and verify settings. This may address the issue. However, if it does not, go into your "devices" (in the the settings), click on the device that will not load, and hit "restart device."
If all that fails, unplug the vortech and plug it back in. Also, make sure you have upgraded the pumps to the latest firmware which has addressed some of these communication issues.
