Schedule for dosing trace element

Hi all. First of all would like to wish all forum members happy new year! May the start of the new decade bring us more coloration to our corals !

I would like to ask is there any recommended timing when dosing trace element ? I am dosing Fauna marine Organics and currently dosing during light on. I am thinking should I dose it when light off since most of the coral extent it’s tentacles at night? And do you think the skimmer should on or off few hours after dosing? Let me know your thoughts. Thank you

Very beautiful tank, By trace you mean Aminos, vitamins, etc.........I put my tank into feed mode (only 1 240gph hydro) and I dose 1/2 hour before the lights go out and pumps don’t go back on for 1 hour. I only do this twice a week.Some of my corals start to close when lights out and Like you said some feed at night. This way I hope everyone benefits.
