Schedule for Icecap 1k gyre

Would like to program my Icecap gyre but don’t know what times the adjustments should be. I’d appreciate any quidance. I have 30L mixed reef- a few torch & hammers otherwise mushrooms, Zoas, softies. Right now I have it random but not programmed by time.

Each tankmis different and will require different flow. You want as much flow as you can get without blowing tissue off corals or moving the sand around too much. Flow shoule be random so having the pump ramp up and down is a good idea. Play around withnthe settings and fi d what works.

Thank you--I've being playing with it today and sorta figured out how to do the auto programming. Seems plus & minus 10 is about all my tank can handle. The torches look like they are in the hurricane otherwise.
