Scheduled Maintenance?

Hey all, I thinking about a maintenance schedule. There are lots of ways that this can be done, I was curious how you guys are doing it.
1. Weekly testing Where are you documenting this Reef Trace? Neptune? Excel? Sen-eye? tell me please
2. ATO water consumption documentation
3. Light change schedules
4. Water Change Schedules
5. RO Filter Schedules
6. Filter sock changes.
7. Salinity checks.

These are just some that I am coming up with off the cuff. I thinking of putting in Excel or something.
