Hi,

We're setting up an experiment and want to simulate the moon cycle from a specific location. All I can find(but I'm not that experienced with the Profilux software) is the next full moon, and start and stop time. Is it possible to see the whole schedule and what time a day the moon is "up"? I've seen you can add the coordinates.

Thanks in advance!

I don't know if this helps David. I put my location into the search and used my local information for my Neptune moon lights. It will give you every day info. Moonrise and set times

Hi!

That's the same webpage I'm using :) I hope to do something similar in Profilux.

Sorry I can't help with Profilux :( The Neptune program you put in the new and full moon dates for each month and it will adjust each daily cycle by a certain fixed time. Then it just requires a yearly adjustment I believe.

What I would like to know is when at day/night the moon light is on and for how long. I can see on what date the full moon is in GHL, but not much more :)
Perhaps that doesn't matter in the experiment, but I would like all the data I can get from GHL.

Is there a log feature you could set to log when moon lights are going on and off each day and then just keep track on a spread sheet?

Might be. Probably. But I want to know in advance :D

We're setting up a experimental system for getting stony corals to spawn as a part of our research(at a public aquarium). So therefor I like to get it as right as possible from start. It won't be 100% natural seasons, but we want to come as close as we can. So therefor I wonder if it's the "real" moon cycle in the program or if we have to go around it and do some programming on our own.
