Ive been growing more fond of having small little groups of small fish. I currently have 3 blue green chromis' and they seem to love the group atmosphere. Can any of you give examples of other fish that like to be in groups? Im trying to stock the fish i want in my reef tank first, cuz coral is too hard to envision right now.

Purple Dart fish are nice.

any of the dartfish are cool in a shoal
I like blue gudgeon gobys or electric bar gobies...

what size tank do you have that youre trying to fill? I like bangaii cardinals, pajama cardinals, fire fish (red and purple), anthias.

i think blue gudgeon gobies are beautiful... but ive already got a diamond goby... are they gonna have territory disputes? My tank size is 90 gallon... i want anthias pretty bad, but i just lost one in my tank about a week ago... dont really wanna try it again till i understand what went wrong.

engineer gobies are cool when they school together. Depending on the size of your tank, you could risk some henoichus butterflies too

I have a group of five Threadfin/Blue eyed cardinals. Simple but beautiful fish! Silver transparent bodies with BRIGHT blue eyes. And they definitely don't leave eachother's side.
