Scissor tail dart fish compatibility

So divers den has a trio of scissor tail dart fish that I’m interested in. I have a 29gal tank with 20gal sump. Currently only have pair of premium phantom clowns and want to add midas blenny, royal gramma, and fire fish. Will the trio be okay with the clowns and/or any of my other livestock I want to add? Will 29gal be okay for a trio? Thank you all
