Scoly baby???

I just bought this scoly today and was wondering if the little tiny circle is a baby.

looks like it got stung at one point, and where it receded it birthed a new polyp that is pretty cool, if it is separated completely from the parent you should saw it off the main skeleton, and put it on a frag disk or something.

How do you suggest cutting it. It is 100% a apart from the "mother" for lack of a better word. But I have never fraged any videos you can suggest

go on youtube and look up coral fragging there is a number of good videos on fragging lps and sps.
