Received a scoly about 2 days ago was damaged from shipping mouth open and white today scoly is a little bit puffy but mouth open and black don’t know what to do any advice really don’t want to lose it .it’s also in shaded area with low flow

Not much you can do other than keep your water nice and clean. You could offer it food but don't try to force feed it

What temperature do you run the tank at? I’ve found my scoly’s much happier in 76-77 temps. See if you see any feeding response at night when the lights have been out a few hours.
