Scoly help

I just picked up this new scoly with what looks like a small baby growing on the back side of its skeleton. Any idea on how I can try to get light to both sides? Any help would be appreciated

If baby is developing, it will come out and reach for the light
You don’t want to add light to where it becomes too much
