in my 120 i think (not really sure) i might have left my lights on over night when i tried to adjust them to day light savings, my scoly is not happy at all and my anemone and a couple other corals are “mad”, i’m worried about my scoly because it looks pretty bad now normally it is healthy, i turned my lights low for the rest of the day and moves the scoly down low, should i keep it where is or put it back where i had it and continue the light normal schedule?

pls help and thank you for all advice

Might be in a bit of a shock, I would put it back on your normal schedule or start with a shorter time and work your way back up! Should bounce back!
