Had this scoly in the same spot for about 6 months now and it has been sick looking for about a week. Water parameters are looking good. Ammonia 0, ph 8, nitrate .10, nitrite 0, temp 78.3, phosphate 0, salinity 1.026. Calculate 500. The scoly is usually puffed up like a baseball and he has been deflating for a while please help if you know anything I can do to help.

Alk, calc, mag?
Zero nitrates and phosphates?
Any chance it's being stung? Is that a nem or elegance next to it?

9 dkh, cal 500, mag 1300
I had a local fish store test it and they said 0 phosphates and 0 ammonia but I did two 15% water changes 3 days apart when I noticed it not looking good.

It's a bubble tip anemone like like 4 inches from it, I will probably move the scoly today maybe that will help it.

Thank you for your help

Your calcium is pretty high. Your ceiling is 460, but you should be closer to 400-420.
