Scolymia Pooping or Rejecting Food?

So, I bought this pretty little Scolymia a few days ago. I tried feeding it some mixed pellet food this afternoon, and it actually opened up and began taking the food.
A couple hours later, I notice it expelling what looks like the clumped pellets I fed. Not entirely sure. Perhaps, I fed too much for it to digest properly? Maybe he just didn't like the food? Or he's just expelling waste..?

It's spitting out the pellet food. It's no good. Poop is loooong and stringy

Probably didn't like it....
Also, it's better to feed scolys at night after the lights go out

I sometimes target feed some vitamin enriched mysis shrimp or LRS while I'm feeding my fish.

That's what I was considering. Do you buy it already enriched? Or do you let it soak in something? I'm motivated to make sure it never becomes deficient it anything.

I usually thaw and soak frozen food in garlic guard or the AquaForest fish vitamins for a few minutes before feeding my fish. I usually target feed my LPS the same fish food a couple times a week or when I think to.

I also target feed once or sometimes twice a week. I usually fed a mix of pellets and frozen mysis. Most of my coral will take the pellets except for a blasto and a couple mushrooms unless I do the mix.
