Scooter Blennie and Mandarin

My LFS has a sale on Scooter Blennies and I already have a Spotted Mandarin. So I was wondering has anyone kept them together? Do Scooter Blennies exclusively eat pods like Mandarins? Can you get them to eat baby brine shrimp? I don't know that I will get one but there is such a great deal on them that I thought I would at least look into it.

In a smaller tank, the two together will quickly deplete a pod population.
That said , I have done it successfully.

Scooters do eat frozen much more readily, it it doesn’t seem to slow the hunting instinct.
